Decobooth undertook the venue layout of the China Gift Show from 2013 to 2018. Exhibition venues usually have different functional areas such as main stage, exhibition area, business negotiation area, and rest area.
In the exhibition, we arrange the main stage as the central focus. It serves as the platform for opening ceremonies, award ceremonies, speeches, and performances, among others. To create an immersive atmosphere, we utilize large LED screens or decorations as the backdrop, enhancing the overall visual experience. The stage is equipped with state-of-the-art sound and lighting equipment, guaranteeing the seamless progress of the event.
The exhibition area is the focus of the exhibition, displaying a variety of gifts and products. Booths are usually arranged into different themed areas, such as household products, electronic products, beauty and skin care products, etc. Therefor, exhibitors usually display their products through display stands, display racks and display cases, which are also equipped with product samples and promotional materials.
The business negotiation area is an area for exhibitors and potential customers to conduct business negotiations and cooperation. This venue layout usually needs comfortable tables, chairs and private negotiation spaces to facilitate business exchanges and discussions.
Another key point, the rest area is a place for exhibitors to rest and communicate. These areas usually feature comfortable seating, lounge areas, cafes, etc. Exhibitors can take a break here, enjoy a cup of coffee or socialize with other exhibitors.
